Rental Requirements & Terms

Required Documents

Valid passport or Emirates ID, driver's license (international permit if applicable), and credit card for security deposit.

Security Deposit

AED 3,000 refundable deposit held on credit card. Released after clearance of any fines or tolls (standard processing time 21-30 days).

Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive basic insurance included in rental price. Optional Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) available: AED 20/day or AED 100/month.

Super CDW (SCDW)

Optional Super Collision Damage Waiver available at AED 250/month for reduced excess coverage.

Mileage Allowance

Daily rentals: 250 km/day included. Monthly rentals: 6000 km/month included. Additional mileage charged separately.

Minimum Age

Driver must be minimum 21 years old with valid license held for at least 1 year.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards and cash payments. Security deposit must be on credit card.
